The Dual CL 155 is a two-way closed loudspeaker model manufactured by Dual between 1974 and 1976 in Germany. It features a compact design with dimensions of 420 mm in height, 180 mm in width, and 200 mm in depth, weighing approximately 6 kg. The speaker is available in two finishes: a walnut textile covering (CL 155 S) and a sanding varnish white with an aluminum metal grid (CL 155 W). It incorporates two 130 mm woofers and one 25 mm dome tweeter, providing a nominal power handling of 30 watts and a peak music power handling of 40 watts. The efficiency and frequency response range from 40 Hz to 25 kHz, adhering to DIN standards, with a crossover frequency set at 1,500 Hz (12 dB/oct). The speaker is compatible with an impedance range of 4 to 8 Ohms, making it suitable for recommended room sizes up to 35 m². The original price upon release was approximately 275 DM.
