Emit 10 is a compact two-way standmount speaker that leverages technology from Dynaudio's top-tier Confidence, Contour i, and Evoke series, making it perfectly suited for smaller spaces and as satellite channels in home cinema setups. The speaker boasts a 14cm MSP (Magnesium Silicate Polymer) mid-bass unit, a material proprietary to Dynaudio, celebrated for its optimal blend of lightness, stiffness, and damping. In terms of engineering, Emit 10 incorporates a mid/bass driver derived from the Esotec+ series used in the Evoke range. The high-quality Cerotar tweeter is a hallmark feature, shared with the Evoke series. It includes a 28mm fabric soft-dome with a Dynaudio special DSR coating to deliver detailed and open sound without listener fatigue, ideal for extended playback sessions. The Hexis device behind the dome optimizes airflow and frequency response, enhancing detail detection for a more intricate auditory palette.

The Emit 10's crossover network is specially designed with a first-order topology for the tweeter and a second-order design for the mid/bass driver, eschewing generic solutions to preserve sonic integrity. In its physical construction, Emit 10 features a dual-flared bass-reflex port at the rear to minimize turbulence and noise, with finely tuned internal damping materials for optimal sonic clarity. The speaker cabinets are constructed from robust 18mm MDF and are available in custom laminate finishes like Black, White, and Walnut, accompanied by magnetic grilles to protect against curious hands and to offer aesthetic versatility.
