The Hitachi HA-2700 is an integrated amplifier produced by Hitachi from 1980 to 1982 in Japan. It features a silver finish and has dimensions of 435 x 83 x 299 mm, weighing 4.8 kg. The amplifier has a power consumption of 120 W at 30% load and 200 W at full load. It offers several input options including two Phono MM inputs (2.5 mV / 47 kOhm), a tuner, aux, and tape play, all with a maximum of 150 mV / 47 kOhm. The HA-2700 supports outputs for tape recording and has a headphone connection, allowing for two pairs of speakers. In terms of audio performance, it provides a continuous power output of 20 W for both 4 and 8 Ohm speakers with a total harmonic distortion (THD) of 0.05%. The frequency response ranges from 5 Hz to 30,000 Hz at 0.08% THD, with a signal-to-noise ratio of 80 dB for Phono MM and 100 dB for high levels. It features tone control for bass and treble adjustments of ± 8 dB and has loudness settings for enhanced audio at specific frequencies. Other features include a high filter and low filter functionalities, contributing to its versatility.
