The Luxman L-100 CENTENNIAL is a pure Class A integrated amplifier released in 2025 to mark Luxman's 100th anniversary. Built around the company's proprietary LIFES 1.1 circuit topology, it delivers 20 watts per channel into 8 ohms and 40 watts into 4 ohms with total harmonic distortion below 0.005% at 1 kHz. Volume control is handled by Luxman's LECUA1000 electronically controlled attenuator β an 88-step ladder network integrated directly into the signal path. The amplifier incorporates a high-quality MM/MC phono stage for vinyl playback, dual illuminated VU meters with soft yellow backlighting, and a front panel LED display showing attenuation level. Headphone outputs include both the standard 6.3 mm jack and a 4.4 mm balanced output with independent left and right channel ground wiring for improved channel separation. The L-100 CENTENNIAL is Luxman's first pure Class A integrated amplifier in nearly a decade, blending heritage circuit design with modern manufacturing precision. It is intended for dedicated listening rooms and audiophiles who prioritise thermal stability and low distortion over outright output power.
