Hisense Unveils E8Q Mini LED TV Series with 4K Resolution and Cutting-Edge Features
Hisense has expanded its television lineup with the introduction of the E8Q series, showcasing the latest Mini LED backlighting technology. The new range includes two models, the Hisense E8Q and E8Q Pro, available in various screen sizes to cater to different viewing preferences. Both models deliver a stunning 4K resolution of 3840 × 2160 pixels, ensuring crisp and vibrant imagery.
The standard E8Q model is equipped with the H6 processor and achieves a peak brightness of 2000 nits. It is available in four screen sizes, ranging from 65 to 100 inches, and starts at approximately $1,040 USD. This model features 5,200 dimming zones, enhancing contrast and delivering deep blacks alongside bright highlights. The E8Q supports a wide color gamut with 98% DCI-P3 coverage and runs on the latest Android 14 operating system, providing access to a vast array of streaming applications.
For those seeking enhanced performance, the E8Q Pro variant steps up with the H7 processor and a higher peak brightness of 3000 nits. Available in three sizes—75, 85, and 100 inches—the Pro model offers 8,320 dimming zones, significantly improving picture uniformity and contrast. Priced between $1,730 and $3,560 USD, the E8Q Pro is designed to meet the demands of both professional and gaming enthusiasts. It supports advanced HDR formats, including Dolby Vision IQ and HDR10+, and boasts a robust 4 GB of RAM paired with 64 GB of internal storage.
Both models in the E8Q series maintain exceptional color accuracy and are built on the MediaTek MT9655 platform, featuring four ARM Cortex-A73 cores. Connectivity options are comprehensive, including four HDMI 2.1 ports and Wi-Fi 6 for seamless streaming and device integration. The sound system is tuned by Devialet, providing an immersive audio experience that complements the high-definition visuals.
Initially launching in the Chinese market on March 9, 2025, the Hisense E8Q series is expected to make its way to Europe soon, continuing Hisense’s reputation for delivering high-performance, feature-rich televisions.
