The Sansui G-3000 is a stereo receiver manufactured in Japan between 1977 and 1979. It features a brushed aluminum front and a wooden cabinet, contributing to its classic aesthetic. The receiver operates with a power consumption of 120 W and measures 433 x 153 x 352 mm (WxHxD), weighing in at 8 kg. It includes multiple input options such as phono MM, microphone, and auxiliary connections, and accommodates tape play inputs. The amplifier delivers a continuous power output of 2x 26 W RMS at 8 Ohm with a total harmonic distortion of less than 0.15%. The frequency response ranges from 10 Hz to 50 kHz, while the signal-to-noise ratio is 75 dB for phono inputs and 90 dB for high-level inputs. It provides tone control for bass and treble, as well as a loudness feature. Tuner reception supports FM and AM frequencies, with an input sensitivity of 1.95µV for FM and 30µV for MW.
