The Shanling HW600 are high-end over-ear headphones featuring an innovative design and advanced planar driver technology. With an oversized 86 x 110 mm diaphragm made from an ultra-thin 8μm polymer material, these headphones aim to deliver an extended frequency response and high sensitivity. The earcups are constructed from polished aircraft-grade 7xxx aluminum and include an open-back design that permits a natural and open soundstage, allowing sound to flow freely while maintaining a clear listening experience. The headphones use a dual-sided magnet assembly featuring 14 neodymium-iron-boron magnets with a magnetic flux density of 1.8T, making the impedance suitable at 30Ω for compatibility with various amplifiers. Comfort is emphasized with high-density memory foam in the headband and earcups as well as a three-axis swivel mechanism for achieving an optimal fit. The HW600 comes equipped with a detachable 4-core single crystal copper audiophile-grade cable, supporting both balanced and single-ended connections with various adapters included. The headphones weigh 480g and have a sensitivity of 104±3dB with a frequency response of 12-40,000Hz.
