MiND 2 Technology

MiND 2 Technology represents the advancement in digital music streaming, allowing enthusiasts to enjoy a rich listening experience from various music sources. This technology is embedded within MOON intelligent Network Devices (MiND) which facilitate the streaming of music from digital libraries whether stored locally on computers or Network Attached Storage (NAS) devices, as well as from popular music services such as Tidal, Deezer, and Qobuz. Additionally, it connects to all internet radio stations available through TuneIn.

The control and interface for MiND 2 are managed via a proprietary application designed to run seamlessly on iPad, iPhone, or Android devices. This app not only provides access to your library and streaming services but also incorporates comprehensive control features for your MOON Hi-Fi system, enhancing the user-friendly aspect of digital music streaming.

Regarding upgradability, the MiND module in existing MOON products can be seamlessly upgraded to MiND 2. This upgrade introduces several significant features such as Roon Ready capability, multi-room synchronized playback, and support for streaming MQA audio files. With its compatibility with TIDAL Masters, Qobuz Sublime+, and Deezer Hi-Fi, MiND 2 optimizes audio fidelity. It can also stream audio to an exceptional detail, up to 32-bit/384 kHz and DSD256, through an Ethernet connection, although full MQA decoding requires a compatible MQA DAC.

MiND 2 Technology is incorporated into a variety of MOON products, broadening its accessibility across different models and ensuring users can enjoy high-resolution music playback. These products include MOON ACE, MOON 280D, MOON 390, MOON 680D, MOON 780D v2, MOON 681, MOON 791, MOON 891, and the dedicated MiND 2 Network Player. Each offers unique attributes suited to cater to the nuanced needs of audio aficionados.
