The Sony XDR-C1DBP is a DAB and FM radio alarm clock designed to provide high-quality radio reception along with convenient alarm functions. It features a modern design with a white LED display, which shows the current time and the station being listened to. The radio supports DAB+ digital broadcasting, ensuring access to a wider range of stations and improved sound quality. The device allows for easy tuning with preset station options for both DAB (5 presets) and FM (5 presets). Users can select different alarm sounds, including a buzzer and radio, with the ability to set distinct volumes for each. In the event of a power interruption, the radio can still wake users using the buzzer, thanks to its backup battery. The power output from the built-in speaker is approximately 700 mW, and it operates on 230 V AC power with a 3 V DC CR2032 battery for clock backup.
