City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra presents William Walton Symphonies Release

Kazuki Yamada and the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra release their first collaboration, dedicated entirely to William Walton's music.

The album, produced by Deutsche Grammophon, features Walton's Symphony No. 1 (1935) and Symphony No. 2 (1960).

It includes the coronation march "Orb and Sceptre," written for Queen Elizabeth II's coronation in 1953.
