Bose Unveils Second-Gen QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds: Next-Level Noise Cancellation and Audio Performance

A standout feature of the QuietComfort Ultra is its CustomTune technology, which personalizes sound output by accounting for the unique contours of the user's ear canal. This results in a tailored audio experience complemented by a customizable equalizer available through the Bose app. The earbuds also integrate four high-performance microphones per earbud, ensuring crystal-clear voice clarity during phone calls or voice commands, even in noisy environments. Additionally, spatial audio support ensures an immersive 360-degree listening experience, delivering impressive depth and precision.

The earbuds support Bluetooth multipoint connectivity, enabling seamless switching between devices, and are compatible with audio codecs such as SBC, AAC, and Qualcomm aptX Adaptive. While they omit support for aptX Lossless, the emphasis on adaptive audio excels in providing rich, balanced sound. Battery life is rated at six hours on a full charge with active noise cancellation enabled, while the included charging case offers energy for three additional full recharges. For added convenience, the case now supports wireless Qi charging alongside the standard USB-C option.
