WiiM Unveils the Amp Ultra at the High End Show 2025

At the heart of the WiiM Amp Ultra lies the high-fidelity ES9039Q2M Sabre DAC from ESS Technology, capable of decoding PCM streams up to 32-bit/384kHz. The analog section is powered by Texas Instruments' TPA3255 Class-D amplifiers and six OPA1612 operational amplifiers, facilitating ultra-low distortion and rich, detailed sound quality. The proprietary feedback technology ensures stable performance across various speaker types, maintaining a signal-to-noise ratio of 120 dB at 5 watts.

The front panel's touch screen provides comprehensive control over playback, input selection, equalizer settings, and access to internet radio and streaming services. Additionally, a multifunctional rotary knob allows users to navigate through 24 EQ presets, a 10-band graphic and parametric equalizer, and a built-in room correction system tailored to the acoustics of the listening environment.
