Audio Innovations was a British tube amplifier manufacturer founded by Peter Qvortrup and Erik Andersson in 1984. Known for affordable valve amplifiers, particularly the Series 500 (25W integrated) which became the biggest selling valve amp of the late 1980s. The company went through various ownership changes - Erik Andersson left in 1986, Peter Qvortrup exited in 1989, Audio Components acquired it in 1991, then Audio Partnership bought the brand in 1996. While Audio Innovations Limited remains legally active in UK Companies House records (incorporated 1996), the company has minimal current operations and their website shows no active content.
