Camtech

Camtech (from CAMbridge TECHnologies) was the German and Dutch market brand name for British manufacturer Audiolab's audio equipment. Distribution in Germany was managed by Püllmanns GmbH from Cologne. The brand existed because Audiolab's name was already registered in Germany when the company launched. Camtech offered the full Audiolab range including integrated amplifiers, pre-amplifiers, power amplifiers, CD players, DACs, and FM tuners. The products were identical to Audiolab models but rebadged for the German/Dutch markets. The brand is now defunct as Audiolab products are sold under their original name globally following corporate restructuring.
