Crysler Electric was a Japanese audio electronics manufacturer active during the late 1960s and 1970s, based in Tokyo, Japan. The company produced high-quality loudspeaker systems under the 'Living Audio' consumer brand, including the Laboratory Series monitor speakers and domestic speaker lines. Founded in the 1960s, Crysler Electric manufactured well-regarded three-way speakers with 10-inch woofers, featuring excellent walnut veneer cabinets and components that demonstrated exceptional longevity. Notable models included the Living Audio CE-1a III Speaker (circa 1967-1968) and various CE series models (CE-1A, CE-2A). The company was known for extremely well-made products that remained in excellent condition decades after production. Crysler Electric should not be confused with the American automotive manufacturer Chrysler Corporation - this was a completely separate Japanese audio electronics company that ceased operations sometime in the late 1970s or early 1980s.
