The Dynaudio Crafft is a near-field studio monitor that appears similar to other monitors at first glance but distinguishes itself with its design and performance. It features a two-way bass reflex design and maintains compact dimensions without compromising on low-range and dynamic properties. The Crafft excels in sound quality and dynamics, providing high reliability and power.

Dynaudio's dedication to their own driver development plays a crucial role in the Crafft's performance. With over 12 years of experience in manufacturing high-quality drivers, they have explored and implemented new possibilities in driver design to ensure the best sound quality even in limited spaces.

The woofer in the Crafft is equipped with a 75-mm voice coil, offering optimal diaphragm drive and sufficient headroom for power. Designed specifically for the Crafft's computer-optimized bass reflex system, the magnet system enhances bass dynamics and precision, setting a high standard for monitors in this class.

The woofer diaphragm is made from a proprietary material based on polypropylene. This self-developed diaphragm minimizes distortion and partial oscillations thanks to its excellent internal damping properties. Its geometry ensures a harmonious and consistent pattern, with measurements taken at various angles showing negligible differences from on-axis measurements—a crucial aspect for studio work.

The ESOTAR T 330 D tweeter sets the Crafft apart, developed for professional use and capable of reproducing the finest details with exceptional authenticity. It offers remarkable dynamics and power handling, enduring transients up to 2,000 watts without compression—a testament to Dynaudio's advanced measurement techniques.

Manufactured under laboratory conditions, the ESOTAR T 330 D undergoes meticulous quality checks throughout the production process. Each tweeter must pass a final examination with computer-supported measurements, ensuring consistency and reliability. The tweeter's components are designed for continuous operation, with a magnetic cooling liquid aiding in heat dissipation to the magnet system, thereby stabilizing temperature and ensuring optimal sound characteristics.

The Crafft's crossover technology utilizes first-rate components that resist aging, with premium polypropylene capacitors ensuring excellent pulse response. Dynaudio's integrated approach to driver and crossover design allows for finely tuned parameters, delivering the highest fidelity sound.

Dynaudio Crafft components are crafted to avoid imparting any individual sound characteristics, ensuring pure, objective, and detailed musical reproduction. This allows listeners to focus purely on the music without interference from the monitor's characteristics.

For tailoring the sound to specific environments, the Crafft includes switches to adjust the high and mid-range frequencies by ±1.5 dB. This flexibility helps adapt the monitor to varying room acoustics and listener positions.

Connections on the Crafft include XLR and banana jacks, along with a special OCOS input. The cabinet, made from highly compressed MDF boards and featuring damping materials and a 'Sandwich' design, effectively suppresses resonances. It is finished with a wear-resistant Nextel coating for durability.
