Sub 6 emerges as a high-end subwoofer poised to harmoniously complement your Dynaudio speakers. Thanks to a brand-new driver design, sophisticated DSP technology, and a full parametric EQ, Sub 6 facilitates a tailor-made auditory experience designed to perfectly integrate with your existing setup. The distinctive capability of this subwoofer to seamlessly turn a two-way speaker setup into a more potent three-way system underscores its advanced adaptability and performance-improving finesse.

Developed to synergize with all Dynaudio speakers, the Sub 6 is equipped with intelligent DSP technology that closely tailors its output to enhance the connected speaker system. For systems involving non-Dynaudio or other configurations, manual adjustments for crossover frequency, gain, and phase settings are readily accessible. At the heart of Sub 6’s powerful bass delivery lies a pair of newly crafted 24cm MSP+ Hybrid Drive units, powered by a robust 500W amplifier housed within its base. The structural design of its sealed enclosure, wider than deep, facilitates discreet placement against walls, enhancing aesthetic and audio performance.

Notably versatile, the Sub 6 offers both RCA and XLR connections, accommodating a wide array of systems. The inclusion of features like the ability to set a time-delay between the sub and speakers ensures perfect synchronization of sound output based on the distance to the speakers, adjusted via automatic time and phase delays. Comprehensive controls are augmented by a three-filter parametric EQ to mitigate room mode effects, optimizing sound for any room it occupies.

The aesthetic appeal of Sub 6 is matched by its functionality, available in black satin lacquer or white satin lacquer finishes. This subwoofer’s design and presets are fine-tuned for a plethora of Dynaudio's speaker models, enhancing its versatility and appeal across various setups. However, for models such as the Focus 10/30/50 active speakers, the Sub 6’s crossover is recommended to be set to “bypass”, as the alignment is directly managed by the speakers themselves.
