The Eera DL2 is a high-end CD player crafted with meticulous attention to detail, utilizing in-house modified components for superior sound quality. Central to its design is the Gyropoint transport system, based on the Philips CDM 12.10, which features a uniquely designed brass plate that secures the CD during playback, effectively isolating it from mechanical vibrations. The internal construction employs a combination of bitumen damping and a robust steel frame to minimize unwanted resonance. Electronic precision is ensured by using a dual-coaxial output configuration that reduces jitter, and the dual mono DAC supports 24/196kHz oversampling. The player's aesthetic is understated yet elegant, featuring a 10 mm thick acrylic front plate and a Philips display. Connectivity options include balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA outputs, along with an S/PDIF output.
