Founded in 1977 in Turin, Italy as a branch of Alcor, Indiana Line initially assembled Utah loudspeakers from American components. The company quickly developed its own identity with six speaker models featuring the Phenolic Ring Dome technology, achieving such success that Alcor abandoned Utah in favor of Italian-designed products. In 2006, Coral Electronic (founded 1975 by Eugenio Musso) acquired Indiana Line, combining over 40 years of heritage from both brands. Now managed by Polish distributor Audio Klan under Janusz Prządka, Indiana Line continues producing floorstanding speakers, bookshelf speakers, subwoofers, and home theater systems. The company maintains its Italian design heritage while offering exceptional value through series like Diva, Tesi, Nota, and Utah, known for elegant aesthetics and pure sound quality.
