Legacy’s Goliath XD is Legacy’s deepest performing subwoofer, engineered to match the dynamic range of even the most capable loudspeakers with effortless authority. This ultra‑high performance dual 15-inch sub uses two spun aluminum diaphragm drivers in a rigid cast frame with ultra long throw suspension, delivering world‑class bass with remarkable speed and low distortion. Each driver is paired with a 3‑inch voice coil and a three‑layer stacked magnet structure, ensuring robust linearity under high drive. The enclosure features a 2.25‑inch front baffle and a top dark granite inlay, with 1.125‑inch thick bracing and sidewalls crafted for rigidity and sonic stability. The Goliath XD employs dual 1,000‑watt ICEpower amplification modules, with auto‑on and green power‑saving mode to optimize efficiency and thermal performance. Two custom weighted 15‑inch passive radiators provide the deepest extension without port noise, while the dual XLR balanced inputs and 10k ohm amp input impedance ensure clean, low‑noise interfacing with high‑quality system controllers. An external crossover is supported, and the frequency range spans 12 Hz to 150 Hz with room correction, allowing precise integration with main speakers and room acoustics. The signal path is enhanced by a 24‑bit processor, time alignment phase adjustment, and 16 parametric bands of blend EQ, all designed to deliver deep, articulate bass with tight transient response.
