MB Quart

The MB Quart Two XL is a floorstanding speaker model manufactured by MB Quart in Germany, introduced in 1992. It features a 2-way bass reflex design which enhances low-frequency performance while maintaining clarity in higher frequencies. The speaker's dimensions are 210 mm in width, 823 mm in height, and 240 mm in depth, with a total weight of 10 kg. Aesthetically, it comes in black and was originally priced around 1000 DM for a pair. The speaker is equipped with a 160 mm woofer to handle bass frequencies and a 25 mm titanium dome tweeter for high frequencies, providing a frequency response range from 42 Hz to 32,000 Hz. It has a nominal power handling capacity of 70 watts and can handle peaks of up to 100 watts. The crossover frequency is set at 2300 Hz and the impedance is rated at 4 Ohms, allowing for compatibility with a variety of audio components.
