AURALiC Launches the Innovative AQUILA X3
AURALiC has unveiled the AQUILA X3 Streaming Media Processor, a state-of-the-art addition to their lineup that seamlessly blends striking aesthetics with cutting-edge technology. This new device is built on AURALiC’s proprietary Tesla G3 platform, which incorporates Direct Data Recording (DDR) and galvanic isolation to deliver pristine audio performance.
One of the standout features of the AQUILA X3 is its modular architecture. Users can customize their setup by adding digital or analog modules, such as a phono preamplifier for vinyl playback, making it a versatile centerpiece for high-end stereo systems. The processor is housed in a sleek, full-width enclosure and features a vibrant 14-inch touchscreen, enhancing both functionality and visual appeal.

For those requiring substantial storage, the device can be equipped with up to 8TB of NVMe SSDs.
At the heart of the AQUILA X3 lies the Fusion DAC Gen II, which merges ladder and Delta-Sigma architectures for superior digital-to-analog conversion. The integrated LEO Clock ensures precise timing, significantly reducing jitter by embedding the clock directly within the DAC module. This integration eliminates external interference, resulting in a cleaner and more accurate sound reproduction.
Powering the system is AURALiC’s innovative Variable-Frequency External PSU. This power supply employs Class AB regeneration technology, offering user-selectable regeneration frequencies up to 400Hz.
