The Quadral Altan Mk III is an evolution of the original Altan loudspeakers, designed to deliver high-quality sound in a compact floorstanding configuration. Manufactured in Hanover, Germany, the Altan Mk III features a sleek design available in several finishes including walnut, mahogany, and black oak. With a three-way design, it utilizes a combination of a coated 225 mm woofer, a 120 mm midrange driver, and a ribbon tweeter derived from Technics' magnetostat technology. The Altan Mk III is capable of handling nominal power of 100 watts and music power up to 150 watts, making it suitable for a variety of audio applications. Its frequency response spans an impressive range from 35 Hz to 50 kHz, ensuring a full-bodied sound across the spectrum.
