Founded in the early 2000s by Mr. Nguyen Hoang Thi (Chief Engineering and R&D Director) and Mrs. Joe Nguyen (CEO), ThivanLabs emerged from experimental research that began in 2008 with the AirPower brand, becoming ThivanLabs in 2013. Headquartered at 812/39 Truong Sa, Ward 14, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, the company represents one of the world's few manufacturers developing a complete ecosystem of high-fidelity audio equipment. Mr. Nguyen Hoang Thi, an honors graduate from the Faculty of Electrical and Electronics at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, leads technical development, while Mrs. Joe Nguyen, who holds honors degrees from Hanoi University of Industrial Fine Arts and master's degrees from Ho Chi Minh City University of Fine Arts and Northumbria University (UK), serves as CEO and lecturer at Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture. Over 20+ years of research, ThivanLabs has developed approximately 160 commercial models specializing in vacuum tube amplifiers, preamplifiers, power amplifiers, headphone amplifiers, phono stages, DACs, and high-efficiency loudspeakers. Their sound philosophy centers on 'Master of Performance' and 'Like Live Music,' emphasizing natural, emotional sound reproduction through Class A vacuum tube amplifiers with zero feedback and innovative loudspeaker designs. Notable achievements include the FLAMINGO 300B winning the FIDELITY WINNER AWARD 2024, while establishing international distribution across Germany, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Spain, UK, Poland, and Greece since 2016, making ThivanLabs the most successful professional audio brand from Vietnam.
