Wilson Audio Specialties is an American high-end audio loudspeaker manufacturing company founded in 1974 by David A. Wilson (1944-2018) and his wife Sheryl Lee Wilson. Originally based in Novato, California, the company relocated to Provo, Utah in the early 1990s, where they currently operate from a 2,300 square meter facility. Wilson Audio became renowned for producing some of the world's most prestigious loudspeakers, serving audiophiles and music professionals seeking authentic sound experiences. The company also operated Wilson Audiophile Definitive Recordings from 1977-1995, releasing high-quality audiophile recordings. Following David Wilson's passing in 2018, daily operations are now directed by his son Daryl C. Wilson as CEO, alongside COO Korbin Vaughn. Wilson Audio specializes in floor-standing loudspeakers, bookshelf speakers, subwoofers, and equipment isolation accessories, maintaining their reputation as one of the premier high-end audio manufacturers in the United States with approximately 32 employees and $9.2 million in annual revenue.
