The Arcam DiVA P80 is a stereo power amplifier that integrates a proprietary current feedback circuit topology similar to that of the A85/P85 amplifiers, ensuring exceptional sound quality across a wide audio range at varying power levels. Its design is compact and slimline, making it suitable for hi-fi setups, home cinema systems, and custom installations. The P80 is crafted and manufactured in the UK and is available in both black and silver finishes. Key specifications include a continuous power output of 65 watts per channel at 8 ohms and 100 watts at 4 ohms, with low distortion levels typically around 0.005% and a residual background noise level of -112dB (reference to 65 watts, CCIR weighted). It also features low standby power consumption (2 watts), an automatic music signal sensing system, and a 12V trigger for activation from standby mode. Additionally, there are two sets of input phono sockets for daisy chaining and dual mono operation, along with dual front-switchable loudspeaker outputs. The amplifier is equipped with thermal, overload, and DC offset protection and supports mains supply of 230/115 Volts AC with a maximum of 650 VA. Dimensions are 430 x 330 x 75 mm, and it has a net weight of 9 kg.
