Founded in 1974 by Australian engineer Billy Woodman, ATC (Acoustic Transducer Company) is a British specialist manufacturer of loudspeaker drive units and complete sound reproduction systems. Located in Stroud, Gloucestershire, the company designs and manufactures all drivers, crossovers, and amplifiers in-house.
