This iteration transforms the traditional Confidence 20 into an active system by integrating a DSP-based crossover, enhancing phase accuracy and extending the bass response from 42Hz to 33Hz. The 2-way design pairs a 2.8cm Esotar3 soft dome tweeter with an 18cm NeoTec MSP mid/bass driver, ensuring detailed and dynamic sound reproduction.
At the heart of the Confidence 20A are two Class D amplifiers from Pascal, delivering 150 watts to the tweeter and 400 watts to the mid/bass driver.
