ELAC has unveiled its latest high-end offering, the Concentro M807, at High End 2025, marking the brand’s 99th anniversary with a product that continues its legacy of audio excellence. Building on the success of its predecessor, the first Concentro released nearly a decade ago, the M807 introduces significant advancements in both design and performance. Crafted in collaboration with a renowned Hamburg design studio, the Concentro M807 features a sculpted cabinet with elegant contours, high-gloss lacquer finishes, and aluminum accents that not only enhance its visual appeal but also optimize sound dispersion.
At the core of the Concentro M807 is ELAC’s innovative VXe Technology (Variable Coax Electric), which revolutionizes room adaptation by allowing each stand-mounted speaker to be individually tuned to the room’s acoustics. This system utilizes a push-push/pull-pull woofer configuration paired with the Jet 6c tweeter and AS-XR aluminum sandwich membranes, delivering precise midrange reproduction through a six-driver circular array. With five switchable modes, listeners can achieve optimal spatial imaging, depth, and focus, ensuring an immersive audio experience tailored to various room environments.
In addition to the flagship Concentro M807, ELAC expanded its Debut series with the introduction of the Debut ConneX DCB 61 and the Debut 3.0 subwoofer lineup. The ConneX DCB 61 integrates HDMI ARC, Dolby Digital decoding, and a compatible app for streamlined setup, making it an excellent choice for entry-level audiophiles. The Debut 3.0 series complements the new floorstanders with subwoofers available in 10, 12, and 15-inch sizes, broadening the range of accessible high-fidelity options for enthusiasts seeking robust and dynamic bass performance.
Attendees at High End 2025 had the opportunity to experience the Concentro M807 firsthand at ELAC’s exhibition stands in Atrium 4.1. The impressive presence of the M807, combined with the versatility of the Debut series, underscores ELAC’s commitment to delivering both cutting-edge technology and exceptional craftsmanship. As preparations continue for the release, more detailed information on specifications, pricing, and availability will be shared, promising to meet the high expectations of the audiophile community.
