AOC and Philips Introduce World's First 1000 Hz Gaming Monitors

AOC and Philips introduced the AOC AGP277QK and Philips 27M2N5500XD, the first gaming monitors with a refresh rate of 1,000 Hz.

These monitors feature 27-inch IPS-LCD panels with a resolution of 1440p, supporting 500 Hz natively and 1,000 Hz in dual-mode with 720p.

Despite the high refresh rate, OLED monitors with 720 Hz are expected to provide better motion clarity due to faster response times.
