Backert Labs' Optik Phono 1.1 is a high-end optical cartridge equalizer priced at $11,500, designed exclusively for DS Audio cartridges with two independent tonearm inputs for seamless switching.

Unlike conventional phono stages, it applies external RIAA equalization, leveraging DS Audio's light-based cartridge system for lower noise, higher resolution, and improved tracking accuracy.
