Pioneer completed its shareholder transition, becoming a part of CarUX Holding Limited, a subsidiary of Innolux Corporation.
CarUX specializes in smart cockpit display systems, operating with four R&D centers across Asia and Europe.
The integration aims to enhance CarUX group's product portfolio combining Pioneer's audio systems and HMI expertise.
