Priced starting at $4,999, the CANVAS HiFi Soundbar stands out not just for its premium cost but for its exceptional design and engineering, earning accolades without effort. The latest enhancements focus on the introduction of a new crossover and the innovative Organic Master Tuning system, both developed under the guidance of CTO Benno Baun Meldgaard, renowned for his work with prestigious brands like Gamut and Gryphon.
Central to the upgrade is the proprietary “stepped slope” crossover, a technique that ensures seamless blending of drivers while sharply reducing distortion outside the intended frequency range. This results in precise phase and impulse alignment, delivering imaging and timing performance that surpass typical soundbar expectations. Complementing this is the Organic Master Tuning, a psychoacoustic approach tuned by ear in real-world environments rather than solely relying on laboratory measurements.
