Davis Acoustics has introduced the Basson 777, an active subwoofer designed to deliver powerful bass performance in medium to large spaces ranging from 20 to 50 square meters. Priced at €1000, this French-engineered subwoofer aims to enhance both hi-fi and home cinema setups with its deep and precise low-frequency reproduction.
At the heart of the Basson 777 lies a 30 cm speaker featuring a cellulose fiber membrane and a large half-roll suspension, ensuring significant air movement and optimal infrasonic response. The front-firing design, complemented by a laminar port on the front panel, allows for flexible placement within a room without compromising sound quality. Measuring 346 x 420 x 417 mm and finished in elegant black ash veneer with a removable fabric grille, the subwoofer seamlessly integrates into various interior styles.
