Ambiq Introduces Apollo510 Lite SoC Series for Advanced Bluetooth Solutions

Ambiq Micro has introduced the Apollo510 Lite SoC Series, an extension of its Apollo5 family, offering industry-leading energy efficiency and AI capabilities.

Built on Ambiq's SPOT platform, these SoCs provide 16× faster performance and 30× improved AI energy efficiency compared to M4/M33 solutions.

Key specifications include up to a 250MHz Arm Cortex M55 Processor, a 48/96MHz Cortex-M4F co-processor, 2MB RAM, and dual-mode Bluetooth support.
