Carlos Kleiber and David Oistrakh: New Record Releases in 'Mastercut Edition'

The "Mastercut Edition" series by Deutsche Grammophon features hand-crafted vinyl records from 1:1 analog master tapes.

Two new releases include recordings of David Oistrakh performing Bach's Violin Concertos with the Wiener Symphoniker and Carlos Kleiber conducting Beethoven's Symphony No. 7 with the Wiener Philharmoniker.

The Bach recordings, captured in June 1962 at Vienna's Mozart Hall, showcase Oistrakh's refined legato and vibrant interpretations.
