Netflix Secures Toho Studio’s New Stage Expanding Japanese Production by 2028

Netflix has secured a multi-year lease for Toho Studio's newly constructed Stage No. 1 and Stage No. 2, beginning in 2028.

Stage No. 1 covers an area of approximately 860m², while Stage No. 2, among Japan's largest, spans 992m².

This expansion enables Netflix to produce up to 15 Japanese-origin titles annually, doubling its current capacity.
