Shiftall Launches MeganeX 8K Mark II: Enhanced Lightweight VR Headset with Advanced GripVR Controller

Shiftall has introduced the MeganeX 8K Mark II, an upgraded lightweight VR headset, available for pre-order at ¥249,900 with delivery by December 2025.

The headset retains 4K microOLED panels (3,552×3,840 pixels per eye) and 179g weight while enhancing comfort, stability, and reliability based on user feedback.

Improvements include a reinforced USB connection, enhanced tracking for SteamVR with Lighthouse sensors, and upgraded firmware for faster startup and better stability.
