Soft Cell’s seminal 1982 remix album, Non-Stop Ecstatic Dancing, is set for an expanded reissue on 20 June 2025 through UMR/Mercury. This reissue arrives just seven months after their groundbreaking debut, Non-Stop Erotic Cabaret, initially presenting six tracks that included remixes and the notable cover of Judy Street’s 1966 single "What," which secured the band a top 10 UK hit.
The newly expanded 2CD set significantly enhances the original release by introducing additional seven-inch mixes on the first disc and a comprehensive collection of twelve remixes on the second disc. These remixes feature previously unreleased versions, promo-only tracks, selections from the expansive 6CD box set of , and contributions from the 2008 remix compilation, . Among the technical enhancements, all tracks have been meticulously remastered to preserve the album’s authentic sound while providing a fresh listening experience.
