Audio Pro was founded in 1978 in Sweden by young engineer Karl-Erik Steil, who developed revolutionary ACE-BASS technology for the company's first active subwoofer. This innovation allowed for deep, clear bass reproduction in compact speaker designs. The company has maintained strong roots in the early HiFi industry and is headquartered in Helsingborg, Sweden. Audio Pro pioneered wireless multiroom technology and achieved cult status with their Living LV3, the first true hi-fi wireless speaker. In 2023, Audio Pro celebrated its 45th anniversary with a global presence spanning over 55 countries across four continents. The company continues to innovate with their 2024 WiiM OS integration in the A10 and C10 MKII models.
