The Jamo CBR 1704 is a 4-way floorstanding loudspeaker that was manufactured between 1984 and 1986 in Denmark. It features a bass reflex design known as CBR (Center Bass Reflex). The speaker is equipped with a robust chassis that includes a 325 mm woofer, a 175 mm bass-midrange driver, a 50 mm dome midrange driver, and a 25 mm dome tweeter. With a nominal power handling of 170 watts and a peak music power handling of 250 watts, the CBR 1704 offers an impressive efficiency rating of 95.2 dB at 1W/1m. It has a wide frequency response of 22 Hz to 22 kHz, with transitional ranges occurring at 350 Hz, 1,500 Hz, and 5,500 Hz.
