The JBL Ti 2 K is a loudspeaker model produced by JBL between 1998 and 2002, manufactured in Denmark. It features a unique design with an extravagant cabinet shape that eliminates parallel opposing walls, which effectively reduces standing sound waves within the cabinet. This design is complemented by sophisticated internal bracing that contributes to its structural integrity. The midrange and tweeter systems are enclosed in an airtight manner, paired with precisely dosed damping materials to prevent sound interference from the woofers' diaphragms. The speaker is available in various finishes, including beech real wood veneer, black satin, and high gloss options in several colors (red, blue, yellow, black, and white). The original price was approximately 2,500 DM per piece. Other models in the Ti series include the Ti 6 K, Ti 10 K, and TiK Center, suggesting a range of options for different audio preferences and environments.
