About JLab
Founded in 2005 by Joshua Rosenfield in Tucson, Arizona, JLab Audio began making value-priced in-ear headphones before expanding into premium headphones, wireless audio, and Bluetooth speakers. In January 2012, a Dallas-based private equity group acquired the company, with 20+ year electronics industry veteran Win Cramer (Winthrop Cramer) becoming CEO. Under Cramer's leadership, JLab relocated first to Oceanside then Carlsbad, California, growing over 250% from 2015-2017 and becoming the #1 Bluetooth headphone brand under $100 in the U.S. The company earned recognition as a 4x Inc. 500/5000 company and San Diego Business Journal's Best Places to Work (2016-2018). Cramer himself received EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2019 and Dealerscope's Top 40 Under 40 awards. With 30 employees generating $10.8M revenue from their Carlsbad headquarters, JLab continues its mission to create better tech with more features at accessible prices.
