The Kenwood DP-1020 is a compact and functional CD player manufactured between May 1990 and 1991 in Japan. It features a sleek black design and is equipped with various playback capabilities. The player measures 440 mm in width, 108 mm in height, and 262 mm in depth, with a total weight of 3.5 kg. It offers outputs through analog RCA connections with a nominal output level of 1.2 V and an impedance of 3.3 kOhm, as well as a headphone output (6.3 mm jack) rated at 20 mW and an impedance of 32 Ohm. The DP-1020 employs a 16-bit digital-to-analog converter with 4-fold oversampling to ensure audio clarity. The frequency response ranges from 4 Hz to 20 kHz, with a dynamic range of 96 dB at 1 kHz.
