High End Audio Exhibition Relocates to Vienna for 2026 Event

Next year marks a significant shift for the renowned High End audio exhibition, with the event relocating from its long-standing home in Munich to the Austria Center Vienna. Originally scheduled for late May, the organizers have confirmed a date adjustment, moving the event to June 4–7, 2026. This decision follows a scheduling conflict with the Eurovision Song Contest, an event expected to draw half a million international visitors to Austria. The date change is intended to ease logistical challenges for attendees, with the opening day coinciding with the Catholic holiday of Corpus Christi, potentially simplifying travel for some.

The move to Vienna signifies a fresh chapter for the event after over two decades in Munich. The shift was prompted by the sale of the MOC Event Center and uncertainty surrounding its future use. Renovation needs and an inability to secure new leases made a relocation inevitable. Vienna, with its reputation as a cultural hub and its state-of-the-art Austria Center, has been selected as the host city for at least the next three editions of the event, through 2028.

The Austria Center Vienna presents a compelling upgrade for the event.
