Stand 6

The Stand 6 is designed to optimize the sound quality from medium to large high-end compact speakers. It provides the perfect foundation for any high-performance compact loudspeaker, combining a high degree of resonance-damping with a perfectly rigid construction. Featuring a wing-shaped aluminum column, tapered top and base plates, and an internal cable management system, the Stand 6 offers a modern appearance that enhances the look of any loudspeaker.

Unlike many other design-oriented speaker stands, the Dynaudio Stand 6 is engineered to improve the performance of the loudspeakers. The highly-rigid, low-mass aluminum columns are internally braced, and the top and base plates have a three-layer construction with a special damping sheet to eliminate resonance. Additionally, the column can be filled with dry sand or another suitable damping material for further sound dampening and additional mass.

The loudspeaker cable can be neatly concealed, running from the base plate through a channel in the rear section of the column and re-appearing just beneath the top plate. The openings are spacious enough to accommodate virtually all cables and connectors. Loudspeakers can be positioned on the Stand 6 top plate using either the included soft damping stickers or the supplied spikes. The lower base plate is also fitted with adjustable spikes, allowing for a perfect foundation even on un-level floors.

Dedicated Stand 6 top adapter plates are available specifically for mounting the Dynaudio Confidence C1 and Contour S 1.4 loudspeaker models. With the available adapter pack, the C1 or S 1.4 base plinth fits perfectly onto the Stand 6. The Stand 6 comes in a variety of finishes, including High-gloss Black, High-gloss White, Silver, or Black, making it easy to match any loudspeaker and room décor.
