The Sub 250MC is a high-performance subwoofer designed by Dynaudio, first introduced to the public during CES 2007 alongside the MC 15 active loudspeaker. Its main function is to enhance low-frequency performance for desktop or multimedia loudspeaker systems. By handling the extreme bass, the Sub 250MC reduces the workload of the main speakers, which results in significantly improved midrange frequencies and overall soundstage quality. 

Featuring a compact design that fits seamlessly into smaller spaces, the Sub 250MC is the most compact sub-bass option offered by Dynaudio. Boasting a powerful internal 140 Watt amplifier and a 10" woofer within a sealed enclosure with dimensions under one cubic foot, this subwoofer is an impressive choice for those seeking substantial performance in multi-channel or sub/sat applications where space is limited.

The Sub 250MC includes several practical functions that fine-tune its performance. It comes equipped with a variable low-pass filter adjustable from 50 Hz to 150 Hz, a selectable gain setting, and a selectable phase switch allowing a choice between 0º or 180º. Connectivity is heavy-duty as well, featuring an LFE RCA input and output, alongside additional RCA SAT/SUB Input and RCA SAT output, acknowledging the versatility required for comprehensive multimedia setups.
