iFi Audio is a premium British hi-fi audio technology company launched in 2012 as a sister company of the highly regarded Abbingdon Music Research (AMR), one of the largest manufacturers of high-end audio systems in the UK. Founded by CEO and Technical Director Thorsten Loesch when AMR recognized the growing market trend toward mobile headphone systems over static speaker setups, iFi was created to satisfy the demand for portable high-end audio by applying advanced AMR technology to more affordable, smaller products.
