TVS REGZA Corporation (formerly Toshiba Visual Solutions Corporation until March 2021) is a Japanese television and audio-visual equipment manufacturer headquartered in Kawasaki, Kanagawa, Japan. Founded as part of Toshiba's legacy dating to 1939, the REGZA brand launched in 2006 and celebrated its 15th anniversary in 2021. The company became independent from Toshiba Group in February 2018 and was acquired by Chinese conglomerate Hisense Group in November 2017 for $113M. With 501-1000 employees, TVS REGZA develops, manufactures, and sells REGZA-branded televisions, organic EL and LCD displays, and provides repair services.
