Excite X38

The Excite X38 stands out with its large drivers that promise not only to fill larger spaces with sound but to infuse them with deep, powerful, and vibrant acoustic experiences. At the heart of its superior sound reproduction are twin 18cm woofers crafted from Magnesium Silicate Polymer (MSP), a material praised for its ultra-lightweight and ultra-rigid properties. These woofers are further enhanced by extraordinarily large 75mm diameter aluminium voice coils and powerful center-magnet systems, all contained within high-strength die-cast aluminium frames. This design enables the X38 to deliver resounding bass, thrilling dynamics, and outstanding control over the audio.

The integration within the X38 continues to excel with a 14cm midrange driver, also made from MSP, ensuring a flawless interaction with the woofers for a smooth acoustic profile. High-frequency details are crisply rendered by a 28mm tweeter, featuring a coated fabric dome that ensures fine detailing of sound. The speakers are finely tuned through meticulously selected crossover components and optimised dispersion characteristics, creating a balanced and three-dimensional sound portrayal that brings recordings to life with energy and precision.

The structural design of the cabinet also contributes significantly to the overall performance. It is extensively braced and available in various finishes, including fine natural wood veneer or satin lacquer. This sturdy construction is married with functional aesthetics, such as a removable cloth grille that is discreetly secured with concealed magnets, adding to the clean lines of its design. The Excite X38 is also designed for adaptability to different environments, featuring integrated outrigger feet that can be outfitted with either resonance-absorbing rubber feet or height-adjustable retractable spikes, depending on the flooring surface. This careful attention to both acoustics and physical design ensures that the Excite X38 not only sounds exceptional but also fits beautifully into any space.
